The Near-Peer Mentor Internship provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience supporting students in school-based settings while exploring careers in mental behavioral health. Interns engage in student mentorship, wellness initiatives, and structured support activities within school sites.

Near-Peer Mentors build professional skills by supporting student wellness initiatives, collaborating with site staff, and participating in ongoing supervision and professional development.

Graduate Clinical Intern Application

Graduate Clinical Intern

The Graduate Clinical Internship provides graduate-level students with supervised clinical experience in school-based settings while completing degree requirements for a Master of Social Work (MSW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program. Interns have the opportunity to put theory into practice through one-on-one counseling support and group facilitation.

Graduate Clinical Interns develop their clinical skills by delivering direct student services, participating in case consultation, and receiving ongoing supervision and professional development focused on student wellness and social-emotional support.

Behavioral Health Wellness Coach Apprenticeship Program

The Behavioral Health Wellness Coach Apprenticeship Program is designed for individuals seeking career and educational growth opportunities, without a college degree (6 college units or less). Apprentices will be afforded an opportunity to earn income while getting hands on direct care experience in one of our partner agencies. A few benefits our apprentices can expect to receive at no cost include:

  • Free Tuition for College Coursework and Credits, and Supplies.

  • Mentorship

  • Supplemental Training and On the Job Training

  • Periodic Convenings and Summits (virtual / in-person)

  • Livable Wage with Periodic Raises

  • Professional and Personal Development Opportunities
